Student Requirements for taking the 210 hr Intensive Teacher Training course:

At least 1 year of studying yoga prior to the Intensive Training (a restorative practice only will not be accepted), good attendance at the Intensive, timeliness, participation, homework completion, note taking, positive attitude, and all Intensive practicum classes.

Training spans 2 one-week sessions.

Students must complete both weeks for 210 hour certification.

Student Requirements for taking the 230 hr AI course:

At least 2.5 years of studying yoga prior to the Immersion Training track start date(either with a devoted teacher or with Sati or Jessica, preferably), a recommendation letter from your devoted teacher (if not one of us), good attendance during the entire Immersion, timeliness, participation, all homework completion, note taking, positive attitude, and all Immersion practicum and elective Yoga Styles classes.
